Amend Regulation 2 to set the season for hunting turkeys beginning the third Monday in November through December 3 in the counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains except the turkey season shall remain closed in the counties of Accomack, Arlington, Charles City, Franklin, Gloucester, Greene, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, Henry, Isle of Wight, James City, King George, King William, Lancaster, Madison, Mathews, Middlesex, Nansemond, New Kent, Northampton, Northumberland, Patrick, Rappahannock, Richmond, Southampton, Surry, Sussex, Westmoreland and York, and in the cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News and Virginia Beach.
