The ladies of Chester Gap are planning a Rummage Sale the first week of May for the benefit of the Fire Department Any donations of clothing, etc. will be greatly appreciated. They may be left at Chester Gap Postoffice or call Mrs. Maybe lie Gilkey, 635-5472 and they will be picked up.

Sunday guests of Mrs. Mary Cleverley were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sigerist of Washington, D. C. and Mr. Sigerist's brother Edward Sigerist of Zurich, Switzerland who is connected with National Red Cross. Mrs. Cleverley spent Sunday night at the home of her sonin-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Warren A. McConchie in Arlington.
The W.S.C.S. of the Methodist Church will meet tonight, Thursday, at the home of Mrs. M. R. Bradford at 7:30.
