Mrs. J. Richard Latham, of Horner Hill Farm, Amissville and Mrs. Vernon Mills of Huntly who were appointed as Christmas Seal Chairmen for Rappahannock County by Henry A. Lowry, of Winchester, president of the Tuberculosis & Health Association of Northern Virginia, have been active in preparation for the campaign. Appreciation was expressed to Miss Jean Lillard of Rappahannock County High School for special students in her Commercial courses who typed labels for the Christmas Seal mailing as well as board members of the association who assisted in the preparation of the letters. Mrs. Latham is an active member of the Flint Hill Baptist Church and Volunteer Fire Company. Mrs. Millsi is a board member of the Willis Chapel Metho di8t Church at Huntly and said "Having accepted the post tion as Co-chairman of thei Rappahannock County Christmas Seal Campaign, I appeal to all who have receivecLthe seals to be as generous as possible in this effort to combat tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases. I wish to thank you in advance for your interest and support as it will be deeply appreciated.
