immediately told me that there was more sauce than any other Ingredient and more vegetables with enough beef In It for flavoring It is a good choice. Cm the other hand, if 1 like a very meaty curry, I had better look further. There was another can on the same shelf that had "beef curry" on Its label. I Immediately knew that In this can there was more beef than any other Ingredient. Now I had a choice to make .. lots of curry sauce or lots of beef. Economics then came Into play. The "beef curry" can carried a considerably higher price marker than did the car that said "curry sauce with vegetables". This stands to good reason! Meat usually Is one of the higher cost Ingredients, so a high meat content will mean higher prices. In this case, I was just looking. So I didn't have to make a decision. Yet the same sort of thing often happens when I am going to buy, and the placement of words In that label means a difference. The label furnishes me with guidelines as to what is Inside the package. Our taste buds and the state of my billfold then make the final decision.
