son-in-law, Mr. and Mire. She* wood Boze. W. O. C. Philip Lee Thornton III of Fort Rucker, Alabama arrived at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton on Sunday to spend the holidays. Mrs. Harry Smith and Mrs. Jerry Gossom and two children of Falls Church and George 'Kitty* Brown of Culpeper were callers on Saturday of Mrs. Perle Coffey. On Sunday Mrs. Coffey had as her guest Miss Eleanor Rector of Flint Hill. Mrs. Della B. Howard left last Thursday for a few days visit with her daughter, Mrs. J. H. Aylor and family in Arlington. Miss Shirley Brown, daughter of Mrs. Catherine Brown, who has been employed in San Diego, California for the past three months arrived at Dulles Airport on Saturday where she was met by her mother and Mr. and Mrs. Julian Brown of Culpeper. They were joined on Sunday fo' dinner by Mrs. Edward P e of Alexandria and Benny Bro. n ind Roselee Pomlinson of Winchester.
Weekend guests of Miss Barbara Swindler were Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kagey of Cottage City, Md. Mrs. W. H. Cordle spent several days with her mother Mrs. Thomas C. Mprrow in Suffolk. Mrs. Lucio Kilby entertained the Sperryville Bridge Club at home on Friday night. Those playing were Mrs. Brown Milr
