Mr. and Mrs. Robert Richards of Ishpeming, Michigan announce the marriage of their daughter, Suzanne Dale, to Roland Glenn Gilkey on December 10, 1966 in the Wesley Methodist Church, Ishpeming. Mr. Gilkey is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Atkins of Sperryville. The Rev. Eric Hammar performed the double-ring ceremony assisted by the Rev. Joseph Gilkey, grandfather of the bridegroom. Michael Richards, brother of the bride, was acolyte for the candlelight ceremony. Organist Carole Carlson accompanied Jack Boase who sang “O Perfect Love" and “The Wedding Prayer". Her bouffant veil of illusion cascaded from a tiara of seed i »■ 1 pearls and crystals and she carried a bouquet of yellow and white roses with trailing ivy. Miss Voelz of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was the maid of honor. Her green and gold brocade gown was fashioned on Empire lines with green velvet streamers to accent the bodice. She carried a bouquet of gold and brown chrysanthemums and wore a single ring of matching flowers as a headpiece. Miss Julie Boase, cousin of the bride, wore a brocade gown identical to that of the maid of honor. She carried a basket of gold and brown pompons and had a single ring of matching pompons as her head piece. Michael Temnick of Youngstown, Ohio served as best man.
