Pvt. John H. Woodward, who is stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., is spending a furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Woodward, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Guy E. Douglas of Arlington were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Martin. Mrs. Douglas is a sister of Mr. Martin. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Hitt and sons and Mrs. Otha Deal visited Mr. and Mrs. Archie Hitt at Rixeyville Sunday evening.
