Brent, husband and wife, died seized and possessed of. as herein after described, and each of the complainants have a certain interest in said lands located in Jackson Magisterial District. Brent, his wife, as recorded February 1. And an affidavit having been made and tiled that the defendants Richard Alton Brent and Nathaniel Spencer Brent are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that each of said non-resident defendants do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
