Virginia acted as Matron of Honor for her sister. Her gown of royal blue velvet had a straight skirt which fell from a high waistline to the floor. The back of the gown was accented with a satin bow which streamed to the hemline. Her headpiece was of blue veiling attached to a velvet rose and she carried a bouquet of red carnations.
Bridesmaids were Miss Dale Nalls, sister of the bride, and Miss Karen Kilby of Alexandria, Va. Their identical gowns were of royal blue velvet designed with a scooped neckline and empire waist which was accented with a satin bow in the back. They wore matching accessories and carried bouquets of pink carnations. Acting as best man for the bridegroom was Theodore Ven tre of Alexandria, and ushers were Bob Schultz of Hyattsville, Md. and Steve Swinburne of Chevy Chase, Md.
