Settle, Jr., of Castle ton, Gene Autry Settle and James Edward Settle, both of Rixeyville; and her mother Mrs. Florine Fincham Jenkins.

A funeral service was held Monday, January 9, at 3:00 p.m. at Geest Funeral Home, the Rev. Milton Switzer officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens near Jeffersonton.

Pallbearers were James Jenkins, John Duncan, Gid Jen kins, Robert Lee Kennedy, George Kennedy and Clarence Jenkins.

Joseph M. Biggs

Joseph Miller Biggs, 57, of Flint Hill died Saturday, January 7, 1967 in James Walker Hospital, Wilmington, N. C., while enroute to Florida. Mr. Biggs was born in Front Royal, a son of the late Joseph Seymour and Addie Miller' Biggs. He is survived by his wife, I Mrs. Elizabeth Proctor Biggs j of Flint Hill; three sons, Joseph P. Biggs of Alexandria, William Miller Biggs of Front Royal and Patterson Burgess 3iggs of Harrisonburg; two brothers, Charles Biggs of Front Royal and Ralph Biggs of New Castle, Del.; one sis:er, Mrs. Wallace Thomason of Front Royal; andfour grand children. Funeral services were held Monday at 11 o’clock in the :hapel of Maddox Funeral dome, Front Royal, with pri- | /ate interment in the Biggs Family Cemetery in Rappalannock County. The Rev. Colnan McGarrill, T.O.R. offi:iated at the service. Pallbearers were George dlek, Aubrey Smith, Ernest - Dasarotti, and Bill, John and rom Lee.

Mrs. Minnie Edna Gager, 88, : of Viewtown, widow of Elmer \ P. Gager, formerly of New ] Jersey, died January 5, at the yiewtown residence of her ■ laughter Mrs. H. R. Terhune ( vith whom she had lived for ] :he past year. Besides her daughter, she
