Robert Brown of Portsmouth is visiting Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Gore. Wiley Gentry of Huntington, W. Va. and son W. A. Gentry of Flint Hill were visitors on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman. Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins left last Thursday on an extended trip to Fla. On Wednesday, Mrs. Hawkins, Mrs. Virginia Lewis, Miss Ruth Menefee, Mrs.LeeSwind ler and Mrs. B. M. Varner had lunch at the Pelham House in Culpeper.

On Thursday Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Devers and family of Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Browm and family of Hamilton spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown at Rock Villa.

who was severly burned in an automobile fire in December returned home from the Uni-! versity Hospital on Saturday.!
