The major elections will be For two three-year terms on the Standing Committee and 10 seats on the Executive Committee, which carries out the business of Council in a series of meetings during the year. The 10 include a clergyman and layman from each of the five Convocations in the Dio cese of Virginia. Among the resolutions to be :onsidered will be one on “dormant” parishes—geographical sites which are no longer used and which will be merged with existing parishes if approved.
