Michael and James Forward, sons of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Forward of Alexandria and Harris Hollow, Washington, Va., are spending some time this summer touring other lands.
Michael is one of the 25 students of the Honors College of Western Michigan University participating in an Asian Studies Seminar and is the only freshman member of the group
Accompanied by five Honors College professors they left May 1 and spent one month in Japan, two days each in Honk Kong. Bangkok and are now studying in New Delhi, India. August 1, after exams, four days each will be spent i Athens, Baris and London, reaching home on August lb. In the fall each student will submit a research paper on some phase of their study.
