Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Tharp of Castleton announce the maF riage of their daughter Frances Elizabeth to Delbert Lawrence Horner of Culpeper on Saturday, June 17, 1967. Mr. Horner is the son of DeF bert Horner of Orange and Mrs. Eleanor Mae Horner of Raccoon Ford. The ceremony was performed at two o’clock in , the afternoon at Amissville Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Kindred officiating. The bride was given in marriage by her brother John Tharp of Manassas. Miss Mary Tharp was maid of honor for her sister and Eddie Horner of Manassas, brother of the bridegroom acted as best man. Mrs. Horner was a member of the 67 graduating class of Rappahannock County High School. The couple will make their home in Falls Church.

Miss Berry Lou Clatterbuck, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Archie Clatterbuck of Amissville, was united in marriage to Phillip Ritenour, son of Mr. and. Mrs. George Ritenour of Elkton, Va. on Friday, June 16, 1967. The double ring ceremony was performed in the Elk ton Penecostal Church at five o'clock in the afternoon bythe Rev. Enis Dean, pastor.
