TRAIT NO. 5: "All Inal certain tract or parcel of land containing 2(1.96 acre* and bounded on the Weal by State Secondary Route No. 729, on the North by the land* of Brueton Franklin Settle and Beatrice Florence Settle and J. R. Latham, on the Faat by said J. R. Latham and the land* of Herndon (I. King, on the South by said Hrrndon C. King and the lands presently owned by Floyd B. Hitt."

This I* the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said Floyd B. Hitt, from Joseph S. Hitt, widower, by deed dated April 20, 1959, and recorded August I. 1959, In the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 70. at page 387; and by the aforesaid deed from Ruth Hitt Grlmsley, recorded as aforesaid, in Deed Book 81, at page 459.

TRACT No. 6: “All those tracts or parcels of land, situate, lying and bring on the West and East side of State Route No. 729, leading from Ben Venue to Laurel Mills, and bounded and described as follows, to-wlt:

‘Tract No. I: All that certain tract of land containing by estimation 17 acres, lying on the West side of Rt. 729, described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin set in concrete on the west side of said highway, corner to the same, and the said lands of J. R. Latham, running thence with the new State Route 729 in a Southerly direction a distance of 42$ ft. to another iron pin srt in concrete, thence leaving the present Route 729 and following old Rt. 729 with the lands of Sam Woodard, in a Southwesterly direction a distance of 347 ft. to another steel post set in concrete, thence with the lands of R. L Miller in a westerly direction a distance of 783 feet to another steel post set In concrete, in the lines of R. L. Miller, thence continuing with said Miller in a Westerly direction » distance of 582 ft. to another steel post set in concrete in the lands ol R ,L. Miller, thence In a Northerly direction with the lands of R. L. Miller, a distance of 561 ft. with an American wire fence to another steel post set in concrete, a corner to the tract hereby conveyed, the lands retained by R. L. Miller, and the lands of J. R. Latham, thence in an easterly direction with the lands of J. R. Latham a distance of 1431 ft. to the point of beginning, containing by estimation 17 acres.

‘Tract No. 2: All that certain piece or parcel of land lying on the East side of the new Rt. 729 and opposite Tract No. 1 hereinbefore described, being semicircular In shape, and being that portion of the R. L. Miller land between the old Rt. 729 and the new Rt. 729, and containing by estimation (4 acre, more or less. Said tract of land Is bounded on the West by the new Rt. 729 and on the Southeast and Northeast by said old State Route 729, with the lands of Floyd B. Hitt, and the lands of B. F. Settle being on the cast side of said old Rt. 729.”

These are the same and identical tracts of land acquired by Floyd B. Hitt, one of the Crantors herein, from R. L. Miller, vidower, by deed Dated May 5, 1961, and recorded May 9, 1961, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office In Deed Book 74, at page 242.

TRACT NO. 7: “Beginning at a steel post set in concrete (on the westerly side of the lands of Clyde Woodward) on the southeast corner of a seventeen-acre tract heretofore conveyed Floyd Hitt by the party of the first part hereto by deed dated May 5, 1961, and recorded May 9, 1961, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 74, at page 242, U. being a corner to the lands of Floyd Hitt, Old Route 729, and the land hereby conveyed, and running thence in a westerly direction with the lands of Floyd Hitt, a distance of 210 feet to an Iron pin set in the line of Floyd Hitt, thence leaving the lands of Floyd Hitt and running in a southerly direction through the lands of R. L. Miller, a distance of 528 feet to another steel pin in the lands of R. L. Miller, thence running in an easterly1 direction and parallel to the aforementioned 210 foot line, with the lands of R. L. Miller, to the western right of way line of Route 729, thence in a northerly direction, following the western right of way line of Route 729, to the Old Route 729, thence following the western right of way line of Old Route 729 (before Its relocation) to the point of beginning, containing by estimation 2 54 acres, more or less.”

This Is the same and identical tract of land acquired by Floyd B. Hitt, from Herbert Lee Hitt, single, by deed dated August 9, 1963, and recorded February 25, 1964, In the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, in Deed Book 80, at page 765.
