Mrs. Moffett Hostess for Washington Bridge Club

Mrs. W. F. Moffett, jr., ert tertained the Washington Bridge Club and additional guests Thursday at her home on Gay Street. Present were Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. R. V. Snead, Mrs. H. M. Keyser, Mrs. W. H. Massie, jr., Mrs. T. M, Johnston, Miss Kay John ston, Mrs. Hlmo D. Flynt, Mrs. C. B. Palmer, Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Mrs. Marry Fee Smith, Mrs. G. W. Smith, jr. and Mrs. F. W. Spalding. Prizes were won by Mrs. Spalding, Mrs. Flynt, Mrs. Massie and Mrs. G. W. Smith.

Recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Williams were Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Reel and family of Rivermont ■ Drive, Mrs. Jerry Mathews and son Ricky of Browntown, Mr. and Mrs. Timmy Williams and two sons and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Williams and son of Rivermont Drive. Sherman Williams returned to his home Saturday after three days in Warren Memorial Hospital for X-rays and treatment.

Mrs. Viola Jackson of Huntly visited her aunt Mrs. "Pet” Smith last Thursday afternoon.
