Rummage Sales
The Rummage Sale for the benefit of the Washington Fire Company and Rappahannock Rescue Squad will open for the fall on Thursday, September 7 in the. basement of the Washington Post Office. The hours will be 9 to 5 on Thursday and Friday of each week. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
Arts & Crafts Meeting Set for September 12th
The first fall meeting of the Arts and Crafts Club will be held at Cab-Inn, Sperryville on September 12 at 10:00 a. m. The Project will be lampshades. Anyone interested may call Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Sperryville, 987-2414, for a list of materials needed. Inasmuch as materials have to be ordered, please call as soon as possible.
