Duane Dibble attended the Culpeper Young Farmers Annual picnic held Wednesday evening, August 16 at the William Smith farm near Stevensburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Cave were recent Sunday afternoon guests of George Cave who lives with Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Cave in Stanley. They were also Sunday guests of Mrs. Lilly Cave and Mr. and Mrs. Foster of Luray. Mrs. John Kennedy of Fairfax was a Saturday overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Dodson spent Sunday evening visiting Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nicholson of Nethers Mills. Mr. and Mrs. John Gaines of Fairfax spent last week1 visiting Mr. and Mrs. Claude Gaines and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jenkins. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gaines and daughter, Vicky,: of Falls Church were Monday /isitors of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Gaines. Jerry, Eddie, and Gina Gaines of Arlington spent several days with the Claude Gaines.
