The marriage of Miss Patricia Lee Jacobsen of San Mateo, California to William Franklin Tapp of Amissville took place August 12, 1967 in San Mateo. Miss Jacobsen is the daughter of Oliver Jacobsen of San Mateo and Mrs. Robert H. Madsen of Eureka, California. Mr. Tapp is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Adam Tapp of Amissville.
