Other Rappahannock County artists planning to enter art work for judging may bring their entries in from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Saturday. All entries, except sculpture and ceramics, must be framed and have identification on the backs. Entry fees of $1 for adults and 25d for juniors will be charged.

The major classes will be I-oils, encaustic, casein, polymers, and collage; IIwatercolors, pastels, and poly, mers; Ill-mixed media; IV Sumi-e and Oriental watercolors; V-drawings and prints; Vl-photography; and VIIsculpture and ceramics. Class VII includes decorated greenware, poured ceramics, wheel pieces and hand-molded pieces. Sculpture may be any medium and can be decorated greenware, poured slip, jr hand-molded figures. Cash awards will be given to winners of the special classes-“Virginia, the Old and the New,* Fantasy, and Portra it. Ribbons will be given to all the winning entries in the seven major classes and the special classes including “Art in the Kitchen.* The Culpeper Art Fair is open to all artists and is free to the public.
