Willis and son, Steve attended the Prince William County Fair it Manassas last Thursday and were evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Caton in •vlokesville. Trooper Willis’ arother, R ichard, who is a student at RPI was their guest an Monday. Mrs. F. D. Coffey and son, Frank, and Mrs. Perle Coffey were at Fairview Beach and Colonial Beach on Sunday. They also visited Wakefield and the Confederate Museum at the Wilderness. Mrs. Robert W. Brown spent the weekend in Culpeper with Mr. and Mrs. William Bowler. Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank and Georgie Woodward accompanied Mrs. Dorothy Corder and son, Charles, of Huntly to Fairview Beach on Sunday. Enroute home they visitedMr. Eubank's grandfather, Robert Eubank, in Fredericksburg. Mr. and Mrs. C. E, Johnson, Jr. attended an eight state Apple Growers Meeting at Pittsburgh, Pa. and graduation exercises at Indiana State College, Indiana, Pa. W. H. Lyne was in Burlington, Vt. last week to attend the funeral of his brother-inlaw, Randolph Towne. R. E. Wood is now recuperating at his home after being a patient in University Hospital for several weeks. Mrs. W. 0, Lyne of the Virginia Baptist Home celebrated her 95th birthday at the Lord Culpeper Hotel. She was entertained by Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne and Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Taylor of Orange. Phil Hawkins will return to Dak Hill Academy, Mouth of Wilson, Va, where he has been selected to serve on the Student Orientation Committee.
David Lyne, who recently tompleted training at Great -akes, 111. was met on TuesJay at Dulles International Mrport by his parents, Mr. ind Mrs. W. H. Lyne. David vill spend a ten-day leave vith his parents before re>orting to his next assignnent.
