Rappahannock County Library Board will hold its quarterly meeting Thursday evening, August 24 at the Library at 8 p. m. All BoardMembers and all Trustees are asked to attend for important decisions are.to be made. The Library has made excellent progress since it opened four years ago. Each year presents new and valuable projects for the Library to undertake in its efforts to serve the entire county and be an effective cultural and educational asset. Thursday’s meeting will take another step toward bringing a representative of the Asian Cultural Exchange Foundation, Inc. to explain its program, in aiding schools and libraries with collections of arts and crafts of Eastern countries. Anyone interested in the progress of the Library may attend the meeting.
