Rep. John O. Marsh, Jr., peaking at a Democratic Rally at lawksbill Park, Page County, tated his opposition to proposals hat had been made recently that he federal government provide a ;uaranteed annual wage. He toted the concept was somewhat rague particularly as to how it vould operate.
