Hundreds of cases could be cited where Red Cross Blood Programs have been instrumental in saving lives. Lives in danger from accidents by fire, highway collisions, and many other too-common hazards of modern living. When it is needed it is needed right then. The time to prepare for such emergencies is now.
The Bloodmobile will be at Trinity Parish Hall, Washington, Va. on Monday May 26 from 12 noon until 5 :45 p.m.
An inspiring story was told in a local paper recently of a Front Royal woman, who by her contributions of blood to the blood program through the years, enabled her brother to receive transfusions which literally saved his life. 1
