Plans Continue for July 4th Exhibit
A committee meeting of the “Then and Now” Exhibition of crafts of Rappahannock County to be held at the Rappahannock Library July 4 was held Tuesday night at the home of Mrs. Mary Cleverly, Chairman, in Flint Hill.
Miss Judy Rurtner reported on activities in Boston, Woodville, Viewtown, Ben Venue, Sperryville and Washington. Other committee reports were made by Mrs. W. A. Gentry, Flint Hill, Mrs. Mabel Gilkey, Chester Gap, Mrs. Betty Mills Williams, Huntly, Mrs A. C. Latham, Amissville, and Mrs. Rose Bowie, Amissville.
Mrs. Robert Jordan of Flint Hill reported that the sale of food would be supervised by the i Indies Deaconess Board of the! Macedonia Baptist Church.
