continuing said lot Mo. 3, S 3, \y 1268 to a point in the line of lot No. 3, thence continuing in a Southwesterly direction 30 ft., thence N 84 E to a point set forth on a plot hereinafter referred to, thence N 76 E 467’ to a stone, thence N 2-1/4 E 1251’ to a stone at a spring, thence S 29-1/4 W 825 ft. to a point in said 2.90 acre wood lot, thence following the lines of said wood lot in a Southeasterly direction to the point of beginning, containing 18.60 acres.

This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said John H. Mallory and Jeanne W. Mallory by deed dated and recorded November 28, 1960, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 73, at page 303.
