The W.S.C.S. will meet Thursday (tonight) at the home of Mrs. Edward E. Clark at 7:30 p.m.
Among those attending the Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville Saturday evening were Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell, Herbert Foster, H. S. Barksdale and Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr.
H. S. Barksdale was a visitor Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Radcliffe in Frederick, Md.
Mrs. Edward E. Clark flew to Memphis, Tenn. Thursday and remained until Sunday where she visited her brother, Bob Miller, who is recuperating from .an illness. Mrs. Clark’s sister, Mrs. B. L. Wilt of Washington, D. C., stayed at the Clark home during her absence.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller spent the weekend with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell at Madison Heights. Mrs. Robert Renalds returned with them for a visit.
Mr. and Mrs. Patterson Biggs with Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Pomeroy of Front Royal accompanied the Senior class of RCHS on an overnight trip Friday to Williamsburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Pullen and family of Strasburg were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Pullen.
