Vacation in Florida

Mrs. John A. Tapp of Amissville and Mrs.Maddox Tapp of Front Royal were recent vacationers in Florida. While there they visited the observation decks of the Citrus Tower in Clermont where the view includes a 2,000 square mile area with 17 million citrus trees and hundreds of lakes. They also toured Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, the Everglades and Miami. .

j Polings Exhibit at Sully

Rocky Horse Farm Antique Shop, Amissville, which is owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Paul A. Poling, had an exhibition booth during the weekend Arts and Crafts Show and Sale at Sully Plantation, Chantilly. The two-day show and sale is held annually at Sully, located near Dulles International Airport. During the show, demonstrations on various arts and crafts are given and these and like products are sold. Sully Plantation, a part of the Lee estate, was restored as an historic landmark.
