She is employed by the C & P Telephone Company, and he is a concrete technician with the Virginia Department of Highways, both located in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. James H. Puljen of Sperryville announce the marriage of their daughter, Carolyn Sue to Donald Ray Keyser, son of Mrs. Nellie Mitchell of Washington, Va. and Donald Keyser of Alexandria. The marriage was performed on Sept. 17, 1969 in Rockville, Md. The couple now resides in Massas where Mr. Keyser is employed.
