Elected Mayor
Thomas G. Eastham, was elected to the office of Mayor of the city of Falls Church on Sept. 2, 1969. He had served on the Town Council six years. He received the unanimous vote of his six fellow councilmen.
Mr. Eastham was a native of Rappahannock County, the son of the late Franklin Dabney Eastham of Flint Hill and Mrs. Eastham who now resides in Arlington. He was a graduate of Washingon High School and is presently the proprietor of a jewelry store in Falls Church.
