Randy Smith of Amissville would put Little Boy Blue to shame when it comes to the horn. Randy entered the junior division of the horn blowing contest held recently in conivc'.ion with the annual dog mart in Fredericksburg. For the sixth consecutive year he walked off with the first prize. This year he also won the turkey calling contest for juniors. Randy is the 9-year-old son of Mr. and M.s. Everett Smith, and the grandson of Paul J. Smith, who has been his horn blowing instructor.
