vs. John Baird, an infant aged 15 years Marianne Baird, an infant aged 12

years Mary Baird, Guardian for John

Baird and Marianne Baird.

To whom it may concern:

Notice is hereby giiven, pursuant to Title 26, Section 60 of the 1950 Code of Virginia and acts amendatory thereto, that a petitior. has been filed herein for the removal of the money belonging to John Baird and Marianne Baird, infants, to the domicile of said iinfants, by Mary Baird, Guardian for said infants, said Guardian having been lawfully appointed and qualified in the Probate Court of Summit County, State of Ohio, the residence of said infants, said infants being entitled to said money under the will of Kathleen Updike S'-udere, which does not restrict the transfer out of this State.

Notice is further given that said application will be made to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock Cciunty, ViTginia, at the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on the 10th day of November, 1969, at 1(1:00 a.m. (EST) or as soon thereafter as may be heard, for the authority to pay over and deliver to said foreign guardian the money belonging to said infants in like manner as if said guardin ') had been appointed for said infants in this State, and for authority to remove the same to the State in which the foreign Guardian was appointed and qualified.
