The Willis Chapel Choir gave Mrs. LaMerle Williams a surprise birthday party at her home on Monday night.

Dicky Williams is ill at his home. Visiting over the weekend were Kenny Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Scotty Lockhart, Mr. and Mrs. Winfred Priest and family, Mr. and Mrs. arshall Mahoney and family, Dulcie Jones, Elizabeth Ritenour, Grace Henry, Betsy Wines, Patsy Taylor and children, and Mr. and Mrs. Junior Williams and family.

Mrs. Myrtle Chastain and daughter Mrs. Bessie Park, of the Blue Ridge Mountain Estates, spent Tuesday and Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Philip Moore in suburban Philadelphia.
