Members of several of the fir# compeniee in Rappshannock County received a day of fire fighting practice Saturday at Caatleton Farm, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Homer Henry. The Henry's had a house which they wanted burned, so they invited the County Fire Association to do the honors. In this picture, firemen fill a portable canvas tank with water from a tank truck to insure adequate supply of wster at the scene. The Are was set and firemen practiced with masks and air packs battling the smoke and flames over and ovfr until the fire really got well under way. Foc the ettd results, turn to the beck page.
