Mr. Dementi who is the commercial manager of the C & P Telephone Co. in the Culpeper area, told of telephone conferences which will be possible where several people in various localities can talk over a common network. Provisional treatment for patients can be given by physicians who receive electro cardiograms and other vital information where time is of the essence. Mr. Dementi spoke of the audio-visual telephone communication which is now in in experimental stage with lines between Philadelphia and New York.
