Rummage, Plant
and Bake Sale
The P.T.A. of Rappahannock County Elementary School is sponsoring a Rummage, Baked Goods and Spring Plant Sale which will be held at the school on Saturday, April 11 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Anyone wishing to contribute any of the above mentioned items may leave them at one of these designated pick up points: Washington Cash Store, Washington; Hackley’s Store, Amissville; Sperryville Comer Store, Sperryville; Bradford’s Store, Flint Hill or the school. If you wish your donation picked up call 937-3446; 675-3771 or 987-8341.
Mrs. Harold Mullaugh and Mrs. Steven Ellis are co-chairmen of the Rummage Sale. Mrs. Michael Vest is in charge of the baked goods department and Mrs. C. W. Fannon Jr. will head the plant ■ales. "■>> .

Hunt Team Wins
Second Pair Race
A team of Rappahannock Hunt members won the pair race over a large field at the races held March 28 at Potomac, Md.
Mrs. David L. (Duchess) Fannon of Amissville, riding her Miss Hawa and Oliver Brown of Culpeper on Tendelia owned by Mrs. Alan D. Kinsley were the victors. They competed with a field of 34 hunters over the 3‘A mile course of natural hunting country. This is the second victory thiq season for this hunt team who won the pair race at the Rappahannock Polnt-to-Point in early March. • -t ..;
