Delegate Duncan C. Gibb of the 28th House District has been cited by the Virginia Farm Bureau for his support of Virginia’s agriculture during the 1970 session of the General Assembly.
“I especially thank you for your affirmative vote on the passage of HB 630, HB 422, HB 911, SB 304, SB 305, SB 306, and SB 307,” said Walter C.
