Mr. and Mrs. H. Taylor Updike, Jr. and son Bryan of Manassas spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike.

Mrs. John Cowan of Linden and daughter Miss Dancy Cowan, a student at the University of Tennessee were Saturday callers of Mrs. W. C. Campbell at Twinland. Miss Carolyn Johnston is spending a week of spring vacation from V.C.U. with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Johnston. Miss Kaye Johnston of Richmond was an overnight guest Sunday of her parents. Andy Meade of Charlottesville is spending several days this week in the Johnston home. Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. C. G. Reid were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reid and three sons of McLean, Mrs. Reid’s mother Mrs. Amoundian who is visiting from Athens, Greece, Mrs. Downing Wood and Miss Frances Wood. Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Forward of Arlington spent the weekend at their home in Harris Hollow. Mr. and Mrs. William M. Carrigan of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend at their home Avon Hall. Weekend guests of J. Stant Weaver were his son John Weaver of Waa^Vngton, D. C. and son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family of Fairfax.

Miss Frankie Harris of Arlington was the weekend guests of Miss Mary Miller Wood. Dr. James R. Bryant of Richmond was a Sunday dinner guest.

Mrs. L. J. Turner spent the Easter weekend with Mr. and Mrs. William S. Dewhirst of Richmond.

Scott and Joe Keyser of Clifton were guests from Friday until Sunday of their grandmother Mrs. Henry M. Keyser. They were joined Sunday by Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser, Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Faulconer of Orange spent Saturday with Mrs. W. M. Fletcher. Miss Mildred Fletcher of Richmond and Nick Slater of Charlottesville were Sunday evening dinner guests.

Miss Frances Wood spent the Easter holiday from V. S. D. B. in Staunton with her mother Mrs. Downing Wood at Sunnyside
