WUliam C. Vemam, Forester with the Virginia Divlalon of Forestry, reports that tree seedlings am still available to landowners for 'reforestation projects this spring. Seedling supply, however, is limited and seedlings will probably be sold out by April 15,1970.
On March 16, 1976 1,961,300 seedlings had been sold out of an allottment of 2,860,300 trees for the 16 county Charlottesville District of which Rappahannock County la a part. Forester Vemam also stated ,that cold storage facilities at the district headquarters have made it possible for landowners to plant later in the spring than was previously possible
