Bobby Welch. State Highway/ Supt. Douglas Bywatevi authorized the use of trucks and Robert Welch used his trucks. Lee Payne furnished the sacks used in the trash project. Mrs. Harald Havstad and Mrs. Elmer Atkins showed special appreciation.
The greatest appreciation can be shown now by those who will help keep these streams and roadways clean. As a reminder of ■ this Mrs. Blauvelt and the High School art class are painting signs to go along with this project.
The trout season will remain in now from 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset each day until May 11. The season will reopen May 16, after restocking.
Garden Club To Meet With Mrs. Montague
The Rappahannock County Garden Club will meet on Wednesday, April 15th at two o’clock at the home of Mrs. E. N. Montague. Mrs. Gilbert Cosden Is program chairman. The topic to be considered is “Controlling Garden Pest”. The exhibit for April is anything in bloom.
Members are reminded that dues should be paid.
