The interest rate on tne loans tias been increased to a 7‘/4 percent annual rate, compared to ei previous annual rate of 6 percent. The Chairman added also that essential in-storage operating equipment may be included in a loan made for storage and drying equipment.
Changes in the loan program have been made as the result of a review announced by the U. S. Department of Agriculture last December.
