V‘-$flkPTER13.l Pheaiant.

R1S.1-1. it‘shall be lawful to Wnt pheasant on the third MondayCin November' and for one consecutive day following.

R13.1-2. The bar limit for pheaiant ihall be one cock pheaiant per day.

R13.1-3 Immediately upon killing a pheaiant, the liceniee ihall present the carcass of his kill to an authorised checking station ^ or to an appropriate representative of the Commission in the county or adjoining county in which the pheaiant was killed. At such time, the licensee shall be given an official game tag furnished by the Commission, which tag shall be securely attached to the carcass.

CHAPTER 18. Turkey. R18-2.2, It shall be lawful to hunt bearded turkeys only from April 17 to May 8, 1971, both dates inclusive, from one-half hour before sunrise to 11 o’clock a.m., except in the counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott and Wise; and on Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area in Smyth and Taxewell counties and Hidden Valley wildlife Management Area in Washington County, which shall be closed to hunting. Bearded turkeys shall be hunted by calling. It shall be unlawful to uie dogs or organise drives for the purpose of hunting.
