at all? The seller may retain a “cancellation fee” of 5% of the coat price of the item, but not exceeding the amount of the cash down payment. If the seller fails to comply with an obligation imposed by this law, the seller is not entitled to retain a consulation fee.
What do you do with the merchandise if the seller never comes to pick it up? Chances are he will, but if he has not picked up his merchandise within 40 days, you may keep and use it and will not have to pay anything.
The salesman must come to your residence and pick up his merchandise - you are not required to deliver it to him, you must, however, take care of it during this 40 day period.

The Rappahannock Extension Office regrets the error made by the Trailways Bus Company when it sent only one bus for the 4-H tour on June 11. The office had ordered two buses and had received confirmation for same, so the bus company was in error. However, the Extension Office is sorry for the long wait necessary before a second bus arrived.
