Eddie Clark, a student at Bridgewater College, entertained a group of 13 friends during the weekend at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark. His guests were fellow counselors the past season at Camp Massanetta Springs.
Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. F. W. Spalding and Mrs. Robert J. Rodgers were visitors of friends and relatives Sunday at Mt. Meridian in Augusta County.
Mr. and Mrs. Warren A. McConchie and son, Craig of Arlington were Saturday guests of Mrs. McConchie’s mother, Mrs. Mary Cleverley.
Mrs. Robert Nethers returned home last week after visiting Mr. and Mrs. Charles Masters in Pittsburgh, Pa. Mrs. Pauline Eubank of Sperryville stayed at the Nethers home during her absence. Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark and three sons, Gregory, David •and Joel spent several days recently at Wrightsville Beach, N. Browning were callers Sunday afternoon of Mrs. James Yates in Front Royal and Sunday night visitors of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser in Washington. Mrs. Mary M. Krause entered the University of Virginia Hospital on Thursday where she is recovering satisfactorily from eye surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Moore of Annandale and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ward and daughter Noel of Front Royal spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Moore.
