Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Exclusive Diplomatic Estates, Inc., to Mildred B. Fletcher Slater (formerly Mildred B. Fletcher), Trustee, said deed of trust being da^^tT'] September 26, 1969, and recorded September 30, 1969, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, In Deed Book 95, at page 674, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, Mildred B. Fletcher Slater, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on November 16, 1970, at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit:
All the following described tract or parcels of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
“Beginning at A. in the plat, a stake and stone pile on the northeast side of road or outlet, and the east side of a branch, wheat* formerly stood a maple tree, a corner to Menefee, thence with his line in part and Rutherford and Wilson in part, North 78 30’ West 29.25 Chains, to B. a stake and stone pile a corner to Wilson, thence with same and Mrs. Rhomine’s line, North 54 14’ West 15.71 Chains, to C. in plat a stone pile on a solid rock in Robt. E. This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by Exclusive Diplomatic Estates, Inc., from Ralph P. Andrews and Donna J. Andrews, husband and wife, by deed dated September 26, 1969, and recorded September 30, 1969 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 95, at page 669.
