A question and answer period followed Dr. Garnett’s remarks and different areas were probed and points discussed.

A break' for refreshments and the opportunity to meet Dr. Garnett and visitors was followed by a business meeting of the local association. At this time, Mrs. M. Elizabeth Buntin, Superintendent of Welfare for Rappahannock, reported that the association though in its infancy, had already been beneficial to the welfare division here. With these two factions working with the health f department, she felt much could be accompplished.

The Rev. William Hargett read the by-laws and articles of the association and some comments were made by Dr. R. B. Allen, chairman of the group.

Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. requested the association to hold a program for the women’s group of Bromfield Parish in the near future.
