“All applications for the test must be postmarked on or before February 3,” the Seventh District Congressman said.

Robinson said the qualifying test would be given March 13 in communities throughout the nation, including Winchester, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Charlottesville, Lexington and Roanoke.
