Cordle and son Louis. Mrs, Charles Palmer of Ashland was an overnight guest Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W Schaefer. Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Mrs. F. D. Coffey were Sunday guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers in Flint Hill. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne, Mr. and Mrs. A. Y. Stokes and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hahn were among :hose attending the V.P.I. Alumni dinner at the Fauquier Springs Country Club Thursday night. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earle Wayland were Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Hall and daughter Connie Hall of Falls Church, Sgt. and Mrs. George Ritter of Hampton and Mr. and Mrs. Dickie Wayland and son Ricky of Slate Mills. Saturday callers were Frank Wayland and daughter Joanie. Mrs. Lester Deal, with Mr. and Mrs. O. F. Seal of Huntly, have returned from Florida where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Deal in Fort Lauderdale. Mrs. W. H. Lyne was a luncheon guest Saturday of Mrs. R. G. Wright in Broadway. Dr. and Mrs. Walter B. Kilby and son of Atlanta, Ga. recently spent a week with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kilby. Their daughter Catherine, who had been a guest of her grandparents, returned home with them.
