That certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahanock County, Virginia in what is known as “Rappahannock Park” and described as follows: /on T?AF1’ Lots Five (5) and Seven (7) and Eight (8), Section One (1), Rappahannock Park, formerly known as Greenwich Gardens, as shown upon a plat made by R. M. Bartenstein, Certified Land Surveyor, dated September 10, 1964, and recorded in Deed Book 62, page 130-131 of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia* and being a part of the land acquired by Wayne L. Hayes, et ux, herein by deed from William J. Braumback, et ux, dated December 8, 1966, and recorded in Deed Book 85, page 336, of the Clerk’if Office aforesaid.

TRACT 2: Lot Sixteen (16), Section Three (3), Rappahannock Park, as shown on plats recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 67, page 228. The tracts or parcels of land herein described are the same land which was conveyed to Thomas C. Davis and Margie E. Davis by deed from Wayne L.
