Ideas are bursting out like a string )f firecrackers as volunteers hroughout the county spur their efforts to make this year’s celebration even better than last /ear’s whopping success. If you have any projects, crafts, >r hobbies, things you do for fun md recreation, a creation of your /ery own, a collection, a iemonstration that you would like 0 share with your neighbors, join he fun, call Mrs. T. Whether you have a display of /our own or not, come see what’s ioing in Rappahannock County on he Fourth of July-lunch and James at 1 p.m., the musical pageant at 2:30. There will also be 1 Bake Sale where delicious goods an be purchased to take home, led Smith, the Candy man, will be >ack again this year with his lelicious Candy Apples. I. L. 5arrish is going to get the anoeing exhibit together while iis wife, Quita, will be in charge of he needlework collection. Other demonstrations planned include furniture refinishing to be arranged by Mrs. Mary Cleverley ; Chair caning by Mrs. Ruth Pillar; rug hooking by Mrs. Daniel Noce and Mrs. I. 0. Wolf, vho will also have a display of enamel work. A display of ceramics will be furnished by VIrs. Ruth P. Benedict. The ladies of Hopewell Baptist Uhurch will serve juicy hampers and hot dogs along with heir specialty, barbecued chicken it lunchtime.
